What is Quantum Healing?

What is Quantum Healing? And how does Quantum Healing Hypnotherapy work? At Luminis Therapy we believe that Quantum Healing is simply the belief that we ourselves can have a profound impact on our own health and healing, in particular through the power of our consciousness. We impact our own health through thoughts, emotions, beliefs, imagination, behaviour, and attitude.

We can all learn to heal ourselves. Quantum Healing Therapies work with your consciousness on many levels. Nothing is permanent. Once we are aware of our power to affect our physical, energetic, mental, and spiritual bodies, we can begin to answer the age-old questions such as: How can I heal myself? How can I get better? About Me

I'm Rachel. I was born in England, lived in Wales from the age of eight, and since 2017, I've lived in the hills of Southern Scotland. I have Chinese, Irish, Scottish, English, and Welsh heritage!

I am a qualified hypnotherapist with a passion for helping people. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where my clients can explore their consciousness and make positive changes in all areas of their lives. I specialize in the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) using the exact method taught by Dolores Cannon, and Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) which is a newer but similar quantum hypnosis method that is taught by Candace Craw Goldman, a senior student of Dolores Cannon. QHHT and BQH are much more than past-life regression hypnotherapy because the main aim is to gain direct communication with the subconscious or higher self which can bring about very effective healing and answers to our questions concerning this life. It helps clients to connect with their purpose in life and to learn about where they have come from and the best way to move forward and realise their dreams and wishes.

Experience

I qualified as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist (CBH) in December 2022, as a Quantum Healing Hypnotherapist (QHHT) in October 2023, and as a Beyond Quantum Healing practitioner in March 2024. I also have training in coaching skills from my work in the civil service. Prior to this, I was a school teacher for 16 years. I have also worked as a writer and editor, Community Resilience Co-ordinator, parent to one grown-up child, and in other roles including almost two years living and working in a Buddhist monastery. I bring a wealth of life experience and a passion for the spiritual path and for helping others on their own journey.

I offer Beyond Quantum Healing Hypnotherapy (BQH), Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH), and Spirit Releasement sessions in person and also online. I also offer online coaching and ancestral healing. Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) sessions are in person only.
