What to expect from a BQH/QHHT session

Sessions comprise of an informal chat about you and your situation, the hypnosis session, and a feedback session. Ideally, it is conducted in one long session which will take 3-5 hours. QHHT sessions have to be in person, but BQH is designed to be both online and in person. Either way, I will be there to support you throughout. First sessions are usually longest, subsequent sessions (if required) may be as little as 2 hours. One session is often enough.

The Interview

The interview gives you the chance to talk about yourself and anything that is important to you. In some ways, it resembles a counselling session. At this stage, I will mainly be listening to you.

Here are some of the things you might want to talk about:

  • Your childhood and significant relationships

  • Career and work issues

  • Your purpose in life

  • Goals, dreams, wishes

  • Past trauma

  • Problems and obstacles

  • Creative and/or energy blocks

  • Health issues both physical and mental

  • Your spirituality and any spiritual experiences

  • Unusual experiences, hunches, instincts, fears, trauma

  • Any knowledge you may already have of your past or parallel lives

You are also asked to bring a list of questions to be asked of your higher self. Sometimes this is referred to as the collective consciousness, the universal consciousness, or the superconscious. Your questions should be prioritised in order of what is most important to you.

The BQH/QHHT Hypnosis session

We begin with setting the intention for your session. The hypnosis part is conducted in a comfortable lying down position. There is nothing to worry about as the hypnosis is conducted in a safe and professional manner by a fully trained practitioner.

You are always in charge and do not have to experience anything that you don't want to. You should wear loose clothing for comfort as your body will become very heavy and relaxed during the session and you will enter into the Alpha and Theta trance states.

During this part of the session, you may experience one or more past lives. Sometimes, people also experience earlier parts of their present life, parallel lives, or even the future. You may also have spiritual experiences or be shown concepts that you need to understand. We always trust that your higher self knows where it is best for you to go.

 

Once you are in a suitable level of trance, the practitioner will talk to your higher consciousness and will seek answers to your questions.

You may or may not remember all of the session. Nowadays, people usually remember most of it or many parts of it. This is a noteworthy change from the early days of Dolores' practice when people tended not to remember so much. It is said to be due to the raising of the collective human consciousness.

Post Session

After the BQH/QHHT session, you will have some time with the therapist to discuss what you learned from the session. You may also want to have a snack and drink at this point to ground yourself. It's an opportunity to go over the experience you have just had and to reorient yourself fully back into the normal world before your journey home. You will be provided with a recording of the session and are advised to listen to this in the weeks that follow the session as it can help bring more insights and healing to you afterwards.

I offer a shorter optional follow-up session, two weeks to a month after the initial session. For the next full session, a guideline is once every quarter or one every six to twelve months. However one is often enough. A few people may want a regular session and can negotiate with the therapist if we agree this would be beneficial.
